The Safety Package of Precise Aluminium machined parts through CNC precision automatic lathe

Plastic package is very common for the machined precise parts,because it can greatly protect the products from the outside factors,as well as compression inside. We customize the plastic package according to the part dimension,so as to minimize the package space while keeping the package safe.

From the photos,which is just an example of what we are doing,and film shall be used to twine the plastic packed parts after precise parts was put into the plastic package,then the components with film around shall be put into the sturdy and strong carton box. Of course some clients require us just to put the machining parts one by one in the carton box,two layers limited,small package maintained,then to use wooden box to protect, which is also accepted. We shall discuss all these and list the demands into the agreement.
