The High precision One-process machined Valve Body

As the development and requirement increasing of production technology, Yitong Machinery invested in the CNC PRECISION AUTOMATIC LATHE,which can finish turning,milling,drilling,threading,engraving at one time,highly increasing the work efficiency. Of course the machine is not suitable for all projects,mostly suiting the project with high complex machining degree,as well as with large quantity.

This part is made of 2A12T4 material,which is just one part of the project,including other two copper ones. We made the CMM programme to check every dimensions which can or,most importantly, the ones can’t be checked by projector,caliper,plug gauge,etc.
