After clamping the workpiece on the precision machining center, the digital control system can control the machine to automatically select and change tools according to different processes, and automatically change the workpiece's spindle speed, feed rate and tool movement trajectory, and other auxiliary functions. The processing of multiple steps is performed on multiple faces of the workpiece in sequence. And with a variety of tool change or tool change function, the production efficiency can be greatly improved.

Due to the concentration of the process and the automatic tool change, the time for workpiece clamping, measurement and machine adjustment can be reduced by the precision turning machining center, so the cutting time of the machine reaches 80% of the machine start-up time (only 15% to 20% of the common machine tool) . At the same time, it reduces the time between workpieces, the time between processing and storage, shortens the production cycle, thus obvious economic benefits can be made. Precision CNC machining center is suitable for small and medium batch production, regarding to complex parts, high precision requirements and frequent product replacement.
